The Student Ambassador Program gives students the opportunity to work directly with us to attend various events and advocate for the benefits of becoming a CPA. Students that are involved with this program receive specialist coaching on interdisciplinary skills, valuable industry exposure, and the opportunity to build their personal brand. In addition to assisting the students who are part of the program, this initiative also benefits their peers and the profession by improving engagement amongst the wider student population.

CPA Australia offers a variety of scholarships across the globe to support members on their journey towards achieving CPA status. These include scholarships for Indigenous students in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific region, as well as scholarships for students working in the not-for-profit space. We also sponsor awards for top achieving students around the world, offering a range of prizes and scholarships to our CPA Program.

Each year, we engage with students in a variety of ways to help encourage the next generation of accounting and finance professionals. This includes engaging with student associations, attending campus events in-person for interactive experiences using VR headsets, and offering a range of digital touchpoints – including webinars, competitions, and our growing social media presence.
