Eligibility criteria
The eligibility criteria for the Academic Pathway includes the requirement of:
- A PhD or Masters by Research in an accounting or finance discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years full-time teaching at a Lecturer level or higher in subject(s) that leads to CPA Australia’s accreditation (or equivalent) – including 2 years consecutive teaching within the past 10 years. Eligibility includes being currently employed in an academic role.
- A reference/testimonial from a current CPA/IFAC member and letter of support from the Department/Faculty/School Head.
