Learn more about being a Facilitator for CPA Australia
As a Facilitator you will be responsible for developing and/or delivering a range of training sessions, seminars, workshops and webinars to finance professionals, from those starting out on their chosen career path through to highly respected senior professionals. At a minimum you will be able to engage members by bringing content to life and delivering practical outcomes. If you are interested in aligning with CPA Australia by becoming a Facilitator you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Experience delivering training across Strategic Management Accounting, Financial Reporting & Accounting, Taxation, Audit or Leadership and Personal Effectiveness
- Ability to develop your own training materials and intellectual property, as well as delivering a range of customised and structured CPA Australia material
- Senior finance professional with the ability to engage and build credibility with finance professionals from various backgrounds
- Ability to tailor your approach from designing and delivering your own content, through to amending existing content, and delivering existing material
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment will be highly regarded, as will current full membership of an accounting body
- Currently hold appropriate levels of Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurances
