Policies not only help to manage legal risk, but they also outline the benefits and opportunities a business provides to its staff. This can help improve workforce morale, employee retention and job satisfaction. Policies also help to manage legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and laws such as addressing workplace harassment and discrimination.
