For the implementation of any technology to be effective, a business must plan out its time and resources, identify risks and contingencies, and step these out in its implementation and training plans.
Implementation also depends on staff buy in and adoption, and staff can react in many different ways. Staff need to be prepared for the coming changes through effective communication, training and a clear roadmap.
