Overview
This new course covers managing credit risk, assessing changes in credit policy and identifying credit management strategies to improve cash flows. The course will provide the process, tools and reports that management employ to minimise credit risk to an acceptable level and the impact of credit sales and trade terms on the operating cash flows of the business. Practical application is based on a central case study relating to Mobitel, a fictional Australian telecommunications company with a customer base in both Australia and New Zealand.
