Overview
This new course covers the importance of effective cash flow management to determine budgeted inflows and outflows, and explores the external and internal factors that influence an organisations cash flows when developing the budget. The course will also look at how to develop cash flow forecasts and identify the key steps to developing a robust cash flow forecasting model. Practical application is demonstrated using a central case study relating to Mobitel, a fictional Australian telecommunications company with a customer base in both Australia and New Zealand.
