Member Engagement Survey 2026

CPA Australia is seeking the views of all members to help us better understand your priorities and assist us to deliver improved value to members. Members are being invited to participate in an online Member Engagement Survey. An external third party with engagement research expertise – Forethought (ABN 90 065 460 746) has been engaged by CPA Australia to deliver this work.

Members should receive an email by 12 October containing the link via [email protected] with the email subject ‘Invitation: 2026 Member Engagement Survey’.

This short 10-minute online survey is open to all members of CPA Australia, including Associate, CPA, and FCPA members. The online survey will close on 2 November 2026.

Members who complete the survey will receive 'Capabilities That Travel With You: A Practical Career Guide for 2027', which is not available to the wider public. The guide explores five capabilities that can create value across changing roles and career paths, with practical activities to help members recognise and build on what they already bring.
