Eligibility for scholarships and subsidies
CPA Australia Not-For-Profit scholarships
CPA Australia, with the support of Australian Leadership Hub (ALH), is offering up to five (5) scholarships annually for managers and financial officers of registered charitable organisations to enhance their knowledge and skills to further contribute to the management and accountability of charitable not-for-profit organisations. Scholarship recipients will receive complimentary enrolment for CPA Program subjects not yet undertaken.
Applications Open: Mid-Late August
Applications Close: Mid-Late September

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander scholarships
CPA Australia, with the support of the Australian Leadership Hub (ALH), offers up to five (5) scholarships annually for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The scholarship will assist recipients with financial support to assist them in meeting the educational requirements needed to attain CPA status. Scholarship recipients will receive complimentary enrolment for CPA Program subjects not yet undertaken, and one waived CPA Australia Associate (ASA) membership fee for three (3) consecutive years of membership.
Applications Open: 1 January to 31 December
Applications Close: Once allocation is exhausted for the year.

Māori scholarships
CPA Australia offers up to two scholarships annually for students of Māori descent.
The scholarships are awarded each October to the best-qualified applicants, based on a number of criteria.
These scholarships are designed to assist recipients to meet the education requirements needed to attain CPA status.
Scholarship recipients will be exempt from all CPA Program subject fees and first year membership fees as an Associate (ASA).
Applications for scholarships open 15th June 2023 and close 30th September at 5pm (NZST) 2023,
Oceania Regional Scheme
The Oceania Regional Scheme was established to facilitate nationals of select Oceania countries to undertake the CPA Program.
It eases the financial burden for eligible individuals by offering subsidised assessment, exam, enrolment and membership fees.

Pacific scholarships
CPA Australia offers up to two scholarships annually to candidates of Pacific descent, based either in New Zealand or the wider Pacific region.
Scholarships are awarded each October to the best-qualified applicants, based on a number of criteria.
These scholarships are designed to assist the recipients to meet the education requirements needed to attain CPA status.
Scholarship recipients will be exempt from all CPA Program subject fees and first year membership fees as an Associate (ASA).
