In-semester support and learning resources

From Semester 2 2026, you’ll access your CPA Program learning resources via a new platform, with learning that’s simpler to navigate, more streamlined, and more closely aligned to your study guide and final exam.

As a result of this change, all of your CPA Program learning will be in one place, including your digital study guide (PDF and eBook) and Guided Learning resources. Your new Guided Learning experience includes weekly guidance, module overview videos and interactive module quizzes, as well as a practice exam at the end of each semester. You’ll also have access to Ask-the-Expert for technical subject questions, and a new Student Community Forum for peer-to-peer discussion, study tips and support.

This update has no impact on how you will access your Semester 1 exam results, which will become available during business hours on Friday 5 June via results.cpaaustralia.com.au

As soon as you enrol in Semester 2 2026, you’ll receive details to access the new learning platform.

While your learning resources will be moving to a new learning platform, all other elements of the CPA Program remain the same. This includes:

• How you enrol and access results: you’ll still enrol via My CPA Program, and access your results via the same Results portal.
• Exams: exam scheduling, exam formats and the exam-day experience remain unchanged.
• Your study guide: you’ll still receive a printed study guide (delivered to your nominated address).
• Core learning expectations: your semester structure, study guide content and CPA Program rules and regulations remain unchanged.
• Learning support: your support options are unchanged, including the Ask the Expert forum, CPA Member Connect, Member Services, and your local office.
• Program standards: the standards, expectations and rigour of the CPA Program remain unchanged.
• Other CPA Australia learning: there’s no change to access for other learning (Foundation exam resources and professional development will still be accessed via My Online Learning).

As part of this update, CPA Program Guided Learning resources will be delivered in-house, by CPA Australia, so that we’re able to align content more closely with your study guide and final exam.

This means that, from Semester 2 2026, we’ll transition away from Guided Learning resources previously delivered by KnowledgEquity. We acknowledge and thank KnowledgEquity for supporting CPA Program learners over the past 7 years.

For certain areas, there is regional information required for customs clearance. We will not be able to deliver your materials if you do not supply the information listed.

Taiwan

Register your details with Taiwan Customs Administration and ensure they match the contact details you have provided to CPA Australia. The local Taiwan phone number you provide to Customs and the business phone number you provide to us must match as Taiwan Customs will use this number to verify authenticity of the parcel.

Russia

Provide your business address, including the business name.

India

You'll be contacted after you enrol and asked to provide a Government ID number and to complete a form that gives the courier company permission to act on your behalf to ensure clearance from customs.

Hanoi (Vietnam)

To receive your study guide, you'll be required to apply for a Customs Import Licence from the Department of Information and Communications of Hanoi City (04. 73767115). After you enrol, CPA Australia will contact you to provide you with more information.
