Public Practice Conference 2020

How it works

The Public Practice Virtual Conference is an interactive online experience designed to provide participants with the same rich calibre of content and experiences as previous Public Practice Conferences.

The one-day virtual conference will feature an exclusive mix of keynote speakers, concurrent sessions, pre-recorded content, resources and networking opportunities.

The program has been designed with flexibility in mind, so participants will be able to access sessions at their convenience, around work and personal commitments.
There will be 9 hours of CPD available for attending the live conference. You can also claim up to an additional 9 hours of CPD by watching any videos from the conference, including pre-recorded sessions after the conference concludes. You will need to manually track your hours and log them in your CPD diary.
The event will be available at any time and will have a curated program across different time zones. View the Program.
Once the conference has concluded, the event will stay open for a limited period for last-minute access to certain sessions and rooms. Please note that not all sessions will be available after the event has ended, sponsor booths will be unattended, and some features will not be accessible.
The virtual conference can be accessed from a laptop, computer (Mac or PC) or tablet (Android or IOS). We recommend you test your computer or device in advance.
We recommend using Chrome and Firefox as they are the most stable and consistent browsers for accessing this virtual environment.
Yes, we have a Virtual Experience Guide and a Navigation Video available to assist you with making the most of your conference experience.
