  • Mr Ivan Au FCPA (Aust.)
    Divisional Councillor 2018 – Greater China, CPA Australia

    Ivan Au is an Assurance Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Hong Kong. He has over 20 years of accounting and assurance experience, with specialisation in leading multi-location assurance projects relating to China outbound investments, initial public offerings (IPOs) and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). His clientele include conglomerates, retailers, consumer product companies and metal businesses.

    Ivan was seconded to PwC in London from 2004 to 2006, where he managed the audits of UK listed companies. He also advised on IFRS conversion and financial due diligence for M&A deals.

    Ivan has a Master of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) degree from The University of Sydney, Australia and was an Associate Lecturer and Head Tutor in Accounting at the University. 

    He is currently the 2018 Divisional Councillor of CPA Australia – Greater China and an adviser of Young Achievers Committee, and was the 2017 Divisional President of CPA Australia – Greater China.

    Dr Kundi is a board advisor, mentor and investor to high-growth fintech businesses and start-ups covering digital currency and international contactless payment solutions. His strength covers strategy, finance, human resources management and raising funds via venture capitalists and private equity.

    Dr Kundi was recently appointed as the CEO for Silverleap Technology Ltd., a global operating provider of disruptive technologies and services for next generation payment solutions in the FINTECH space. Dr Kundi obtained a PhD in Accountancy from City University of Hong Kong, a MBA and a BA Honors degree in Accounting from the UK.

    As a senior consultant in the talent strategy practice, apart from engagement related topics, she has extensive exposure and knowledge in talent related topics such as change management, diversity and inclusion, organisation design and process redesign. With her strong background in psychology, she can provide insights on building a strong and impactful workforce from a total rewards perspective.

    Nicole has a Masters in Business Psychology from University of Leeds and a clinical psychology focused degree from McGill University.

    He has extensive experience in policy formulation and review, feasibility study, financial analysis, business planning, regulatory and business impact assessment, options evaluation and public private partnership.

    Albert has been assisting the Hong Kong Government in developing a Smart City Blueprint for Hong Kong and for the Office of the Government Chief Information Office. He also led a development strategy of a Common Spatial Data Infrastructure for the Development Bureau.

    Albert reviews business model and rental arrangements for the Hong Kong Science Park and has assisted the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation to review the local innovation and technology ecosystem.

  • Mr Peter Yip
    CEO, CSG Consultancy

    After more than twenty years’ commercial and investment banking, human resources management and consulting experience with JPMorgan, Chase Manhattan Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, ABN AMRO and the Bank of East Asia Limited, Peter founded his own training and consulting firm in 2003. He specialises in organisational integration, leadership alignment, change management, talent management, culture development, performance management and feedback management.

    Peter has led many successful consulting projects and facilitated hundreds of training programs in over 15 countries in the US, UK, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. In 2011, he has successfully integrated his training and consulting business with Consumer Search to form CSG Consultancy, which is a prestigious business and talent consulting group in the Asia Pacific Region. With offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Macau, Peter is leading a world-class team of 50 consultants.

    Partner, Assurance, PwC Hong Kong

    Loretta is a partner in PwC's Entrepreneurial Group of the Assurance Division in Hong Kong. Leveraging her strong international background, she has extensive experience in providing accounting, audit and consulting services to public and private companies.

    Loretta has assisted a number of companies in completing their initial public offerings in both Hong Kong and the United States. She has also led and advised on numerous substantial transactions including acquisitions, disposals and privatisation of Hong Kong listed companies and registrants with the Securities & Exchange Commissions of the United States.

  • Mr Christopher Chan CPA (Aust.)
    Executive Director, Head of Commercial for Greater China, Vistra

    Christopher joined NovaSage (now rebranded as Vistra) as the Managing Director in 2015. He is responsible for leading and managing commercial resources in, and growing and developing Vistra's service offerings in the market.

    Christopher began his career in 2000 as a Forex trader working at a Forex fund before moving into operations of hedge funds. In 2010, he then became the COO and CFO of an asset management firm and was responsible for the overall operations and financial stability of the company.
