Website login changes FAQs
We have updated the security profile on our website. Your email address is more secure, so you’ll now need to use that to log in.
To verify your email address, you will need to follow these below steps:
- Sign in with your email address and click “Next”.
- If the email address displayed is correct, and is recorded in the system, you will get a screen asking you to check your email to finish signing in.
- A “Verify your account” link will be sent to your email address. You will need to click the “Verify your account” link in the email.
- You will then be asked to nominate a new password to complete signing in.
We have improved our password security so that it is more robust and requires you to have a more complex password to prevent security breaches. The new password requirements are:
- At least 10 characters
- A lowercase letter
- An uppercase letter
- A number
- A symbol
- No parts of your email address
- Does not include your first name
- Does not include your last name
- Password can't be the same as your last 5 passwords
Please use the registered email address to which you received the most recent CPA Australia communications.
Please update your contact details to change your email address.
Please use the reset password functionality, and you will be given the option to update your password.
Please check the spam folder and check you have typed in your email address correctly when registering.
The first person to log in owns the email address. This means that the second or subsequent user will need to set up their own email address and link it to their CPA Australia ID. You can do this by updating your contact details
