The CPA Australia Mentoring Program is an eight-month program that pairs suitable mentors and mentees in a fantastic learning and development experience.

The initiative aims to:

  • help mentees build professional connections and benefit from an experienced member’s knowledge and insights
  • provide mentors the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a fellow member’s career, and give back to the profession
  • capitalise on the existing skills and knowledge within CPA Australia membership to grow the potential of our future leaders.
