Over 750 Global Mentoring Program pairs
Exclusive to CPA Australia members, our expanded Mentoring Program connects mentors and mentees across the globe. The program carefully aligns shared goals and experiences to foster skill development and professional growth. Open to all members no matter where they reside, the program builds meaningful relationships that empower career advancement and lifelong learning.
Improved digital experience
We've made upgrades to the CPD diary, introduced AI integration for member services support, and enhanced our website search capabilities and homepage news updates. These enhancements make it easier for members to manage their professional development and stay informed. We're committed to delivering a seamless, personalised experience across all digital touchpoints. This includes the new CPA Australia app which is coming soon for members.
Member recognition ceremonies
In 2025, 50 member recognition ceremonies across 13 countries celebrate the advancement of CPA Australia members to CPA or FCPA status, significant membership milestones, and outstanding achievements. Each event honours your professional journey in front of family, friends and peers. This year, we’re proud to introduce a new category recognising Public Practitioners and their unique contributions to the profession.
New pathways to membership
We have introduced two new pathways that attract diverse talent to enhance global brand recognition and address evolving industry needs. The Executive Leadership Pathway recognises senior leaders for their strategic expertise and influence across industries. The Academic Pathway acknowledges accomplished academics whose research and teaching help shape the future of the profession.
