The Oceania Regional Scheme eases the financial burden for eligible individuals by offering subsidies as follows:

You may be eligible for the subsidised fees if you are a resident national of one of the following countries:

- Federated States of Micronesia
- Kiribati
- Marshall Islands
- Nauru
- New Caledonia
- Niue
- Norfolk Island
- Palau
- Samoa
- Solomon Islands
- Timor Leste
- Tokelau
- Tonga
- Tuvalu
- Vanuatu
