Dr Adi Budiarso FCPA (Aust.) – President
Head of the Climate Change and Multilateral Policy Center, Fiscal Policy Agency, Ministry of Finance, Indonesia
He was the Human Capital Advisor to the Secretary General of the MOF and has acted as Head of the Finance Profession Regulator Agency and the Deputy of Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance for Human Capital since 7 January 2019 to 8 July 2019.
Dr Adi was the Chief Organisational Transformation Officer at the Central Transformation Office, Indonesian Ministry of Finance. Dr Adi’s main task was to deliver the Human Capital and Digital Transformation initiatives in line with the aspiration to develop a world class Indonesian Ministry of Finance in the 21th Century.
Muhammad Kurniawan CPA (Aust.)

Muhammad (Dudi) Kurniawan is a Partner at EY Indonesia, he has over 20 years of experience in audit and accounting sectors. He received his CPA (Aust.) designation in 2018 and was recently granted the ASEAN CPA designation.
Dudi graduated from Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN (State College of Accountancy) and obtained his MBA Degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
Herwan Ng FCPA (Aust.)

Herwan has more than 24 years of combined experience in finance, corporate governance and strategy. He is currently serving as the Managing Director for AWR Lloyd, a boutique strategy consulting and advisory firm. He was formerly CFO of Rio Tinto Indonesia for 14 years. Prior to that, Herwan was with PwC Indonesia and the Netherlands for 10 years.
He is also currently a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee in Hewlett-Packard Finance Indonesia and member of the Audit Committee for a few companies engaged in information and communications technology, multi finance, hospitality, mining and manufacturing. Herwan served as the Chair of the Advisory Committee of CPA Australia Indonesia from 2016 to 2019 and remains as the committee member until now.
Dessy Emastari Prihartiningtyas CPA (Aust.)

Dessy Emastari Prihatiningtyas has more than 22 years of experience in corporate strategy and business, talent Development, and finance and accounting sector.

Vinayak Sasitharan CPA (Aust.)

Vinayak lived in Sydney, Australia where he was a scholarship holder in Accounting and Finance at University of New South Wales. After University, After completing the UNSW scholarship, Vinayak worked in the investment banking sector prior to moving to Campbell Arnotts where he has held multiple roles across supply chain and commercial finance.
In the past year Vinayak moved to Indonesia to take up a CFO role, managing the greater Indonesia business that comprises of Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia.

Hendry has more than 26 years of combined experience in accounting, finance, treasury, tax, IT, risk management and corporate finance. He is currently the Finance Director of Kasongan Bumi Kencana (Gajah Tunggal Group), where he oversees all strategic financial, accounting, tax, IT and corporate finance functions of mining cluster in Indonesia.
Prior to this role, Hendry spent several years with Golden Energy Mines, Tbk (Sinarmas Group) that successfully divested its shares through IPO process in Indonesia capital market (Bursa Efek Indonesia).
Dr Hendang Tanusdjaja CPA (Aust.)
Managing Partner, Darmawan Hendang Kaslim & Rekan
Hendang is the Managing Partner of Darmawan Hendang Kaslim & Rekan, the Indonesian member of AGN International Ltd, an international accounting and consulting organization. He has more than 15 years of experience as a managing partner with several accounting and consulting firms providing assurance and consulting services. Hendang is currently a member of the audit committee of a multinational public company and an academic lecturer at some universities. He is also a Board member of the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI) and an instructor and trainer of PSAK-IFRS seminars conducted by professional Accountants Association and Corporation.
Previously, Hendang was a member of IAPI's CPA certification board committee and the implementation assistance of professional standards, IFRS implementation team of the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (IAI).
Imelda Suardi CPA (Aust.)

Imelda Suardi is seasoned practitioner with experience in managing an accounting department in higher education institution. She also has experience in managing finance department and advising projects to private industries.
Her past working experience included various roles such as Head of Accounting Department at the Swiss German University, Indonesia and Director and Commissioner at a private company.
Andri Yusetia CPA (Aust.)

Andri is a seasoned finance and commercial professional with a strong focus on commercial acumen and business development. Andri has a proven track record in business development, financial management, contract management and accomplishments in Australia and Indonesia spanning 16 years, having lived and worked in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Jakarta. Based in Indonesia, he is pursuing a business development career with BDO Indonesia by utilising his finance and commercial experiences. Previously he was a country financial controller at PT Crown Worldwide Indonesia, part of the Crown Worldwide Group. Prior to this appointment, Andri was a Project Finance Manager for Australia Post, NSW Headquarters, where he actively managed the budget of the future-ready asset enhancement project, StarTrack House.

Yanuar has more than 10 years’ experience in Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) advisory, corporate finance advisory and other consulting engagements. He serves various cross-border M&A engagements with Indonesian and global clients and is seconded to Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory LLC, Tokyo, Japan. Yanuar’s industry expertise includes the financial services, consumer and industrial products, infrastructure and technology. He also leads the Japanese Service Group for Financial Advisory Services and Operation Excellence for M&A Advisory in the Indonesia office.
His expertise as an advisor covers numerous engagements including acquisition due diligence, business valuation support, financial modelling, transaction structure review, debt restructuring assistance, post-merger integration, deal negotiation, closing assistance and Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) review.

She was also involved in the ConocoPhillips Indonesia P2P ePayables deployment project to migrate the vendor process electronically from procurement until payment.

Juwita has five years’ comprehensive experience in the audit, finance and banking industries. She is currently working for HSBC Indonesia and as an Associate Vice President.
