Terms and Conditions: 2026 Membership Renewal Professional Development Offer

The Offer

(a) The Offer provides one complimentary registration for a specific professional development bundle, or module (“Offer”).

(b) The specific Offer you receive is determined by your CPA Australia membership status at the time of renewal, as follows:

• Associate members (ASA) and Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) members will be eligible for one complimentary registration for the Professional Development (PD) career bundle, tailored by career stage (“Career Bundle”).

• Fellow Certified Practising Accountant members (FCPA) and members in retirement will be eligible for one complimentary registration for the Module One in the AI and Data Specialism (“Module”).

Eligibility Requirements

(c) To be eligible for the Offer, you must renew your membership with CPA Australia by 11:59 pm, Wednesday 31 December 2025 (AEDT) ("Eligibility Requirements").

Offer Period

(d) Subject to your meeting the Eligibility Requirements, the Offer is available from 9:00 am, Tuesday 11 November 2025 (AEDT) to 11:59 pm, Wednesday 31 December 2025 (AEDT) ("Offer Period").

Offer Redemption, Availability and Access

(e) Career Bundle

(i) Complimentary registration for the Career Bundle will not be available immediately upon renewal of your 2026 CPA Australia membership.

(ii) Members eligible for the Career Bundle will be sent an email in January 2026, containing a link to enrol in the Career Bundle for 2026.

(iii) To access your complimentary registration for the Career Bundle, you must enrol via the provided link by 11:59 pm, Sunday 31 May 2026 (AEST). Failure to enrol by this date will forfeit your eligibility for the Offer.

(iv) The Career Bundle will be deployed iteratively throughout the 2026 calendar year. Access to the Career Bundle will expire on 11:59 pm, Thursday 31 December 2026 (AEDT), after which you will lose access to the Career Bundle. 

(f) Module

(i) Complimentary registration for the Module will not be available immediately upon renewal of your 2026 CPA Australia membership.

(ii) Members eligible for the Module will be sent an email in February 2026, containing a unique link to enrol in the Module for 2026.

(iii) To access your complimentary registration for the Module, you must enrol via the provided link by 11:59 pm, Sunday 31 May 2026 (AEST). Failure to enrol by this date will forfeit your eligibility for the Offer.

(iv) The Module will be made available from February 2026. Access to the Module will expire on 11:59 pm, Thursday 31 December 2026 (AEDT), after which you will lose access to the Module. 

General Conditions

(g) The Offer is subject to availability and cannot be combined with any other offer.

(h) CPA Australia reserves the right to modify or cancel the Offer at any time, including, but not limited to, for non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

(i) The Offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. The Career Bundle or Module (as applicable) may not be resold, exchanged, or substituted.
