Divisional Council Elections
The Divisional Council elections are conducted to elect members to the position of Councillor in accordance with Article 64 of the Constitution.
Divisional Council elections are conducted in accordance with Part 6 (Election Procedures) of CPA Australia By-Laws.
Members who are successfully elected to a Divisional Council in 2025 will be appointed for a three-year term commencing on 1 January 2026.

The number of vacancies by Divisional Council are listed below. Nominations received for the 2025 Divisional Councils going to the ballot are listed below.
In accordance with the Constitution and By-Laws, some Divisional Councillors were eligible to nominate for reappointment to the Council for a further term.
Divisional Council Elections are conducted electronically on behalf of CPA Australia by the independent polling firm BigPulse secured portal. Members will receive ballot information directly on 17 September.
