How it works

In light of the global impact of COVID-19, Congress is an online-only event this year. This decision was made to protect the safety of our members, participants and staff, and ensure we deliver the best experience possible.

CPA Virtual Congress 2020 will provide 30-40 hours of video content. Viewing hours of each participant are being recorded and CPD hours will be allocated to the CPD diary of the respective CPA Australia member by 18 December 2020.

The event will be available at any time and will have a curated program across different time zones. View the Program.

The virtual conference can be accessed from a laptop, computer (Mac or PC) or tablet (Android or IOS). We recommend you test your computer or device in advance.

We recommend using Chrome or Firefox as they are the most stable and consistent browsers for accessing this virtual environment.

Yes, we have a Virtual Experience Guide (PDF) and a Navigation Video available (above) to assist you with making the most of your conference experience.

CPA Virtual Congress is an interactive online experience designed to provide participants with the same rich calibre of content and experiences as previous Congress events.

The three-day virtual conference features an exclusive mix of keynote speakers, global panels, pre-recorded content, resources and networking opportunities.

The program has been designed with flexibility in mind, so participants can access sessions at their convenience, around work and personal commitments.

Even though the live event is now over, delegates can still access most sessions* until Thursday 10 December. Please note that sponsor booths will be unattended and some live features will not be accessible.

*Dr Ben Bernanke and John Lo’s sessions were only available until 18 November.
