Confirmation of registration
Upon registration for the event you will be issued with your confirmation email and tax invoice. Please check this information. If there are any discrepancies that require amendment, or you have not received your confirmation email within five working days prior to the event, call CPA Australia on 1300 737 373.
Cancellations and registration transfers
Registrants can cancel or transfer to another activity by advising CPA Australia at least five working days prior to the conference to ensure a revised confirmation letter can be emailed to you. To change your registration or to cancel an activity email email@example.com. Once the event has commenced, any changes will need to be made at the onsite registration desk. Refunds will not be granted if a registrant fails to attend an activity, or cancels or transfer within five working days of the activity. Transfers are subject to the applicable registration rate and additional payment may be required. Session changes can be made subject to availability.
Unemployed and retired member discount
Members who are on our reduced membership and retired list are eligible for a 40 per cent discount off the standard conference package. The discount will automatically be applied at the time of purchase on the applicable package.
Claiming CPD hours
Continuing professional development (CPD) hours will be attributed only to the individual(s) named in the registration.
Accessing presenter papers
Presentation papers for keynotes and concurrent sessions at the event will be available on My Online Learning and the CPA Australia Events app. CPA Australia endeavours to ensure that all papers are available online prior to the event, however, due to availability and copyright restrictions this may not always be possible. You will be notified when presentations are available and provided with log-in details and simple instructions on how to access the presentations. Presentations will be provided onsite for all master classes.
Dietary requirements for catered events
If you have special dietary requirements please contact our member advisory team on 1300 737 373 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please notify the venue staff of your requirements at the tea breaks and networking lunches.
Registration closing dates and information
Registration closes five business days prior to the event in each location, due to catering requirements from the venue. If you want to register after this date we will endeavour to fit you, in however we cannot guarantee catering will able to be provided for you. No cancellations or transfers will be possible if the registration is done within five working of the activity.
