Overview
This is the recording of the Superannuation and SMSF live webinar held on the 21 October 2025 providing up-to-date information on topic Pension strategies.
The Pension rules can be complex, and the consequences of mistakes can be severe. In this session we will give attendees a thorough understanding of the rules and treatment of pensions in superannuation and in particular SMSFs.
This will include:
- When does a pension start and stop?
- Types of Pensions available and their respective tax treatment.
- How to deal with a pension that fails to meet the standards. e.g. the minimum payment has not been met.
