Certificate in Visual Analytics and Dashboards (i2VSA)

This course teaches you how to create powerful visual reports and dashboards using Excel, which skill is transferable to other visualisation tools such as Power BI.

The course includes:

• Pre course preparation followed by two day interactive workshop focused on real world challenges in analysing and presenting information.
• Practical case studies and team exercises to design board level dashboards, alongside hands on Excel practice.
• Course materials included: comprehensive Excel workbook, providing step by step guidance on building the charts covered in the course, as well as illustrating key techniques such as sorting data using formulas.
• Participants who complete the optional post course project will receive a Certificate from the Institute of Business Analytics (IBA).

• Session 2:  Visual techniques case study and dashboards. Choose the right techniques and structure to create dashboard and reports for a better data story telling.

• Session 4:  Implementation of advanced visual techniques for organisational needs for exploration, trend, prediction and simulation. Post course project (optional).
