In this session we will help you get things right from day one by walking though how a LRBA arrangement works. We will consider who the lender(s) can be and demonstrate how to keep things at arms-length when related parties are involved.

We will discuss which assets could be acquired and cover the rules and considerations when trustees have plans to renovate or make changes to a property that is subject to an LRBA.
