The Committee serves as a representative office for CPA Australia in Hanoi. It has been formed to provide an opportunity for groups of members to interact professionally and support the interests of CPA Australia members.

Dr. Luc is a member of the Vietnam National Fiscal and Monetary Policy Advisory Council and the Vietnam National Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation.

She is the vice-chairwoman of the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA) and chairwoman of the Monitoring Committee of Vietnam, which is implementing the Mutual Recognition Agreement on Accountancy Services within ASEAN. She is a member of the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant Coordinating Committee (ACPACC).
