Oceania Regional Scheme
The Oceania Regional Scheme (ORS) is designed to support candidates residing in Pacific countries by providing financial assistance while they undertake the CPA Program.
What is the Oceania Regional Scheme?
The Oceania Regional Scheme (ORS) supports aspiring CPAs currently living or working in selected Pacific countries and territories by making the CPA Program more affordable. Eligible candidates will receive a:
100% discount on Membership assessment fee for new member applications
50% discount on CPA Program subject enrolment fees

Find out if you're eligible
To be eligible for the ORS you must:
- Living or working in an eligible country or territory (listed below) and continue to live or work there while enrolled.
- Sit your CPA Program exams in your country of residence. Exams cannot be sat outside of your eligible country/territory.
- Not be receiving another CPA Australia scholarship or subsidy.

How to access the subsidies
If you’re successful in applying for the ORS, this is how you will access the different subsidies:
- Membership assessment fee: once we have confirmed your eligibility, you will receive a code within three (3) working days. The code must be entered during the new member application process to activate the discount.
- CPA Program subject fees: a new code is sent before each enrolment period for each subject enrolment. Codes must be entered during enrolment to activate the discount.
