The Oceania Regional Scheme (ORS) is designed to support candidates residing in Pacific countries by providing financial assistance while they undertake the CPA Program.

Reduced CPA Program fees for aspiring CPAs across the Pacific
The Oceania Regional Scheme (ORS) helps make the CPA Program more affordable for people who live and sit their CPA Program exams in selected Pacific Island countries and territories.
Whether you are planning to join CPA Australia or are already studying the CPA Program, you may be eligible for reduced fees through the ORS.
Reduced fees available
If you are eligible, you may receive a:
- free membership assessment when applying for CPA Australia membership
- 50% reduction on CPA Program subject enrolment fees for up to six CPA Program subjects.
If you do not pass a subject on your first attempt, the reduced fee may also apply to a second enrolment in that subject.
The ORS does not cover:
- annual membership fees
- foundation exams.
Who can apply?
You may be eligible if you:
- are 18 years of age or older
- live in an eligible country or territory
- sit your CPA Program exams in that country or territory
- are not receiving another CPA Australia scholarship or subsidy.
To continue receiving reduced fees, you must continue to meet the eligibility requirements.

- Niue
- Norfolk Island
- Palau
- Samoa
- Solomon Islands
- Timor Leste
- Tokelau
- Tonga
- Tuvalu
- Vanuatu
How to apply
Complete the ORS application form to confirm your eligibility. Applications can be submitted at any time during the year.
If your application is approved, we'll send you the promo codes you need to access your reduced fees.
- A promo code to waive your CPA Australia membership assessment fee (if applicable).
- A CPA Program subject enrolment promo code before each enrolment period. The code must be applied when you enrol.
