Small business survey: use of computerised record keeping

Findings from a survey on why small business did not move to computerised record keeping after the introduction of the new tax system.

Research conducted by CPA Australia in September 2001 revealed that some small businesses did not adopt computerised record keeping. To reveal the barriers behind this trend, CPA Australia commissioned Victoria University to survey more than 200 firms in Victoria.
