Blue horizontal line

Survey which examines the needs of accounting graduates, in the face of a shifting gender balance.

The survey looks at the changing needs and expectations of accounting graduates and members of CPA Australia, as the number of women at entry level grows.

It also provides insights into the work and home environments of CPAs and their views on accounting and business as a career; highlighting the complexities involved in achieving a balanced lifestyle and meeting professional and personal goals.

The questionnaire used in this survey is provided separately as an appendix.
