Corporate governance
Company Director published a letter to the editor from CPA Australia's CEO Geoff Rankin on dealing with board room bullies. Rankin was responding to a previous article, and argued that one of the key strategies for preventing boardroom bullying is having a code of conduct or ethics in place.
