CPA Australia's library offer the following services to members:
Photocopying
Dispatching of books, video and audio tapes
Retrieval and sending of journal articles
Library orientation: find out more about the library and learn how to effectively search the library's database and other services available from the website. The orientation also covers other products available in the divisional libraries.
Research: the library offers members a literature searching service which provides access to over 50 million journal articles, company and industry financial data, share price information, commercial databases and accounting standards from various overseas countries.

$11.00 for 55 copies Minimum charge for library staff to do photocopying is $11 per item / article / paper (up to 10 pages), additional pages @ $0.55 each
Books, video and audio tapes
Members residing or working within 10 kilometres of the metropolitan area must collect material personally, organise pickup or pay set charges for delivery of material.
Eligible CPA Passport students living within 50 kilometres of the metropolitan area must collect material personally or pay charges for delivery of material.
Charges for members residing or working within 10 kilometres of the metropolitan area:
DX - member pays for return costs (not available in all divisions)
Express Post - minimum charge, 3 kilos, $11 (member pays return costs via registered mail)
Courier - $22 if the library organises courier
Members pay for return costs and must use registered mail if returning material via Australia Post
Journal articles
Fax - minimum $29.70 per article (up to 6 pages), additional pages @ $3.30 each
Email (if available) - $29.70 per article
Australia Post - minimum charge $11 per article (up to 10 pages), additional pages @ $0.55 each
