Ask an information expert is a service available to CPA Australia members. All requests submitted via the online enquiry form will be attended to during business hours and we look to fulfil these requests within one working day.

Before you ask

Prior to contacting us we recommend that you consult the following sources:

• CPA library database
• ProQuest (online search of business publications)
• Frequently asked questions

If you are unable to answer your question contact us or fill in our online enquiry form.

About the service

We can:

• provide assistance on a range of topics
• give guidance on how to search the library database and ProQuest
• refer you to other possible sources of information if we cannot provide the answer
• conduct extensive research for members (research fees apply)

We cannot:

• undertake urgent requests
• conduct extensive research for members (unless member pays for research time)
• provide research for school and university assignments
• accept requests for material (reservations for library items can be made through the library search facility)
