Committee members of the Business Management Centre of Excellence (CoE) identify key issues that support members in managing resources within their control while ensuring better utilisation of assets within their organisation. The focus is on all aspect of management in a modern global environment.
This area of focus would not just address internal firm issues but also the impact of regulatory and economic factors on business. Areas to be addressed will be financial management, environment management, risk management, change management, strategic management, sustainability, human resources/industrial relations, insolvency and reconstruction, compliance issues, management accounting and knowledge management.

The CoE will assist CPA Australia to achieve its strategic objectives through:

The focus of the Business and Management CoE is on all aspects of management in a modern global environment, including:

sustainability including environment and social management

competition and trade practice issues

internationalisation of business strategy and management

senior management of large corporations or change management, risk management professionals
