at least 15 years experience in accounting, finance or both
at least five years experience in a 'responsible' executive position relating to accounting or finance (or have been a fulltime principal in a practice)
Other requirements:
work experience testimonials (e.g. character reference, organisational chart)
make a commitment to undertake at least 120 structured hours per triennium (minimum 20 hours per year)
