How the register works
blue horizontal line

Members are invited to submit their qualifications to join the CPA directors' register. All applications will be assessed and the outcomes communicated to individual applicants.

The register is available to business and organisations, including large listed and proprietary companies, small-to-medium-sized businesses, and the not-for-profit and public sectors.

Any business or organisation, registered in Australia under Australian law, looking for independent directors and officers must fill in a form similar to members applying for the register. This information is then used to match the members that best fit the criteria identified.

Each member is then contacted and advised that their details will be passed on to an interested organisation. At this point a general overview of the organisation is provided to the applicant, who has the opportunity to advise if he or she do not want his or her details passed on.
