What is the Good Practice Guide

The Good Practice Guide is a central database comprising analytical tools, case studies, documented procedures and template policies representing good practice. The distinguishing feature of the guide is that it aims to provide practical tools to help people with their day-to-day work. Organisations of all sizes have contributed, including Australia's top 20 corporations, regulatory bodies and individual members.

Launch the Good Practice Guide

How does it work?

After entering your member number/ username and password, the Good Practice Guide Dashboard will be displayed. The Announcements and Links section of the dashboard will allow you to browse the Good Practice Guide by topic or by relevant location. When you click on a sub-topic you will be presented with a list of relevant resources. Resources are either:

• an introduction and a document (in Word or PDF format) for downloading, or
• an introduction and a hyperlink to content on the CPA Australia website or an external website
