Professional indemnity claims are unfortunately a common fact of professional life, with claims activity potentially increasing in times of economic volatility. When they happen, claims are stressful, time consuming and costly. You don't even need to do anything wrong to be drawn into a claim.
This free Professional indemnity: in and out of court video file series utilises a team of experts involved in different areas of resolving professional indemnity claims. You will discover information about who will guide you, what is important for you to know about the claims process, aspects of the court process and the alternative dispute resolution process.
Bill McCormack CPA, who attended the seminar the video file was recorded at, said, 'This would have to be one of the best seminars I have been to. What made this seminar particularly good was that you had a defendant, barrister, solicitors and an expert witness in a moot court situation explaining the court system and mediation process. It was applicable to other areas not just professional indemnity. A must see.'
