Public notification of schemes

The public notification period for the new professional standards legislation (PSL) scheme application in New South Wales took place from 22 August 2007. This scheme was referred to the New South Wales attorney-general for gazettal on 5 October 2007.

The public notification period for the PSL scheme applications in Queensland, Victoria, ACT, South Australia, Northern Territory and Western Australia took place in November 2007 following formal publication in major daily Australian papers on 31 October 2007.

Those schemes were referred to the relevant state or territory attorney-general for gazettal on 12 December 2007.
