The public notification period for the PSL scheme applications in Queensland, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia, Northern Territory and Western Australia took place in November 2007 following formal publication in major daily Australian papers on 31 October 2007.
Those schemes were referred to the relevant state or territory attorney-general for gazettal on 12 December 2007.
