A special mid-year edition of the student Auditing and Assurance Handbook 2006 was released at the beginning of August.
Available from education booksellers the student auditing handbook has been updated to include all of the new legally enforceable AUASB Auditing Standards which came into effect on 1 July 2006. The mid-year edition has been published for use by students and lecturers during second semester.
Members are entitled to a member-only discount for orders placed via CPA Store.
The online MembersÂ’ Handbook has also gone live with the new auditing standards. Members are now able to access all new standards online - the old standards also remain available in a separate section of the handbook.
