Inquiry by CPA Australia in conjunction with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA) to the Senate Legal and Constitutional Legislation Committee into the Exposure Draft of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Bill 2005.
CPA Australia and the ICAA support the objectives of the Financial Action Taskforce (FATF) recommendations and have worked with the government throughout the consultation process leading up to the release of the draft Bill.
