Making a complaint

If you want to make a complaint, you should do the following:

  1. Before making a complaint, attempt to resolve the matter directly with the CPA Australia member.
  2. If you are not satisfied, contact the professional conduct officer in the state, territory or country where the member practices to ensure that the matter is one that CPA Australia can investigate.
  3. Complete a member complaint form and send to the manager professional conduct, Locked Bag 23, Grosvenor Place NSW 1220.

All member complaints must:

  • be in writing
  • be supported by documentary evidence
  • show the name and address of the complainant
  • be signed by the complainant
