Challenges and issues of sustainable change in a business environment will be the focus of the next regional CPD event, 'How we are (not) managing change', in Edinburgh on Thursday 25 September.

Presenter Jac Crosbie will explain why sustainable change is essential, the problems with implementing sustainable change processes and how to effectively manage change.

Mr Crosbie is experienced in change management having formerly worked with Halifax Bank of Scotland (HBOS) and through currently being employed in the field of executive and organisational management.

The event will be held at HBOS headquarters, The Mound, Edinburgh from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm.
