Around 200 new Associate members attended the Victorian division's first welcome evening, 'Your career starts here', on 29 July in Melbourne.
The successful evening provided an opportunity for ASAs to engage with other new members and provide them with an opportunity to network.
A member of the Victorian Young Professional Committee officially welcomed the new ASAs in the general information session which included a presentation by the CPA Australia library on the resources available.
The sessions focused on a Mentor Program workshop for members registered or about to register for the program.
Hudson Recruitment also presented a session, 'Interview: tips and tricks'.
