Sustainable business management workshop

Come along to the next Energise Enterprise workshop — 'Sustainable business management' — on Monday 25 August in Melbourne to learn techniques to implement change and achieve those elusive business goals.

The workshop will examine the current sustainable business management practices used to change the environmental, financial and cultural aspects of an organisation.

Presenter Doug Smith from leading environmental solutions provider Village Green, will deliver a case-by-case overview of the Village Green sustainability program covering such concepts as the quadruple bottom line approach, the three key steps of managing a sustainable business, minimising miscommunication and maximising economic, environmental and social success.

Participants will learn how to identify opportunities for improvement, prioritise changes, efficiently implement the change process and gain a clearer business vision.

Village Green are specialists in environmental reporting, advisory and behavioural change with offices worldwide.

The workshop will be held at the CPA Centre, 385 Bourke Street, Melbourne from 8.00 am to 10.00 am at a cost of $25.00 for members and $35.00 for non-members.
