Come along to the CPA Australia and ATO 2008 annual golf cup in Melbourne on Thursday 18 September and enjoy a day of golf while supporting the Cancer Council of Victoria (CCV).

Held at Waterford Valley Golf Course, Melbourne's new championship golf course, all proceeds from the event will go towards the CCV, which conducts research, and delivers state-wide support and prevention programs while advocating important cancer issues.

The Ambrose style competition — where each competitor plays from the best positioned ball of the group until reaching the hole — facilitates a fun, team environment where competitors can improve their skills and network with other finance professionals.

Professional Golfers' Association member Peter Nardella will also be at the event providing helpful golfing tips.

The competition will be held at Waterford Valley Golf Course, Bunjil Way, Knoxville, Melbourne from 7.30 am to 1.30 pm at a cost of $70.00 for members and $85.00 for non-members.
