Young professionals who are looking for personal and professional development, and are committed to furthering their business networks are invited to the next Young Professionals Network breakfast in Sydney on Thursday 4 September.

Keynote speaker, Andrew Crawford FCPA, executive manager operations, Suncorp will talk about what it takes to build a successful career in finance, accounting and business.

He will facilitate discussion on professional development as well as sharing his own career experiences and challenges. His career progression is a perfect example of the heights a CPA can reach.

Mr Crawford is a member of the CPA Australia Board Corporate Committee and the New South Wales Divisional Council, and chair of the CPA Australia Corporate Social Responsibility Taskforce. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Reporting Committee.

There will also be time to ask Mr Crawford questions about career development, what it takes to get ahead and how to get the most out of the CPA designation.

The breakfast will be held at the Establishment Hotel, level 3, 252 George Street, Sydney from 7.15 am to 9.00 am.
