Members are invited to attend the next Food For Thought luncheon 'A little appreciation goes a long way' on Thursday 14 August from 12.15 pm to 1.30 pm.

This lunch is designed for managers and leaders who want to cultivate a better working environment through the use of appreciation.

Key note speaker Amanda Horne will provide proven strategies on how to build a climate of appreciation in the workplace.

Ms Horne is an executive coach and corporate adviser specialising in building positive teams and employees within businesses.

Other issues to be discussed include: helping individuals and leaders understand appreciation, the importance of appreciation in organisational success and how to take a strategic view of appreciation across an entire organisation.
