What is serious growth?
Blue horizontal line

'Serious growth in tough economic times' is the topic at the next SME Update, designed for members of the small to medium enterprise (SME) community who wants to gain an in-depth knowledge on the issues affecting business growth.

Key note speaker Adrian McFedries, managing director of DC Strategy, will give a practical and interactive presentation on how to grow a business in times of economic insecurity. Drawing on his vast international experience, Mr McFedries will illustrate many practical examples of businesses who have achieved major growth.

Other issues discussed will include:

  • What is serious growth?
  • How do you break out of incremental growth in the business?
  • What impact does the economy really have on SMEs?
  • Profit, asset value and revenue growth — what is the difference?
  • How much time should be spent 'on' the business rather than 'in' the business?
  • Why do so many SMEs not achieve serious growth?

The session will be held on Wednesday 30 July  from 7.15 am – 9.00 am at the CPA Centre, level 3, 111 Harrington Street, Sydney.
