2012 foundation level exams
2012 foundation level exams offer an increased flexibility for candidates wishing to complete the foundation level exams and to commence the professional level of the CPA Program sooner. Enrolments for 2012 are currently open and will be available until 30 November 2012.

Continuous Exams
2012 exams commence on Monday 7 May 2012 and will continue until 14 December 2012. Candidates will be able to schedule their exam appointments at any time during this period, allowing candidates wishing to progress through to the professional level at their own pace.
Candidates also have the opportunity to re-schedule their exam appointment up to one (1) business day before their scheduled exam appointment (a fee may apply, see above).
Program rules
The following rules apply to all foundation level candidates:

a maximum of ten (10) years from their first enrolment to complete the required foundation level exams
-
a maximum of four (4) exam attempts at any one exam eg candidates who fail one exam subject four times will not be permitted to take the same foundation level exam for a fifth time with CPA Australia
-
a minimum of thirty (30) days before a candidate can attempt the same exam again
-
materials will be despatched the day after enrolment, candidates should expect to receive their materials within 10 business days of enrolment
-
a PDF version of the study manual will be available after enrolment on My Online Learning, CPA Australia’s online learning platform
-
candidates can cancel an enrolment at any time up to 5 business days prior to a scheduled exam appointment
-
candidates can change their exam enrolment up to 5 business days prior to a scheduled exam appointment. Fees apply (see above).
