Divisional council elections were conducted in Tasmania, Victoria, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Malaysia, Greater China and New Zealand between Friday 30 September and Friday 21 October. There was also a Branch Council election in the Northern Territory.
The following candidates were elected to divisional and branch councils for the term 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2014.

2011 Divisional and Branch Council elections

Divisional Council elections are going to be conducted in Tasmania, Victoria, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Malaysia, Greater China and New Zealand. There will be a Branch Council election in the Northern Territory. The ballot for the election of members in those Divisional and Branch Councils for the term 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2014 takes place between Friday 30 September and Friday 21 October.
In accordance with By Law 6.6 (a), all FCPAs and CPAs (other than honorary members) are eligible to vote. CPA Australia embers currently under suspension or whose subscriptions are more than three months overdue are not eligible to vote.
The ballot is being conducted online, and eligible members will lodge their votes electronically. Where CPA Australia has a current email addresses, members will receive information regarding the election via email. If CPA Australia does not hold an email address, members will receive notice through the post. Members can update their contact details, including their email address, by updating their member profile online.
